SOLD Oak Victorian Commode / Wash Stand with Towel Bar
We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful Victorian oak wash stand / commode that dates from the 1910s in refinished condition. It is a traditional new England item that was in every bedroom. The rack held the towels, the drawer held the accessories, the top held the bowl and pitcher and the doors open to reveal the area where the slop jar was stored. The size is 31 inches wide, 17 inches deep, 29 inches high to the base and 48 inches high to the rack. It was previously refinished and is in great condition.
