We are pleased to be offering today this sectional six drawer standard size tiger sawn oak file cabinet by the Library Bureau Sole Makers cabinets that are well known for their high quality office equipment. This is a four section cabinet. Three of the sections have double drawers that are standard size file drawers, a step back section top and a four legged base to make 5 sections in all. It must have come out of a telephone company as it says N.E.T. & T. company 31227M on a brass tag on one section. The brass handles are there, the index card drawers are there, there are four brass rods and there are two brass rods missing. The drawers slides are stiff and needs a waxing. The finish is worn and used. There are a few veneer chips on the bottom section where it was likely dragged. This is a great candidate for refinishing as the tiger sawn oak would jump right out. The overall size is 33.5 inches wide, 24 inches deep and 56.5 inches high. Each one of the drawer sections are 13 inches high. The size of the drawer faces are 14.25 wide by 11.25 inches high. Overall I would say this would be a likely candidate for refinishing as it has flaws here and there. If you are interested in refinishing, please contact via email for a quote.
