We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful tiger sawn oak ladies desk chair that dates from the early 1900s in original condition right out of a home. It is tougher to find these dainty chairs in good condition. If you look at the picture of the back, you can see on the right hand side some of the carving is missing. I would just remove the other piece so that it matches, but that is your choice. The chair sits upon dainty cabriole legs with a solid oak circular style center seat. The chair is a little loose and it could use a re-glue, even though it is usable as it is. The overall size is 13 inches wide, 15 inches deep and 38 inches high. It is a beautiful quarter sawn chair in beautiful as found condition. Shipping starts at $55 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
