SOLD Oak Bevel Mirror Carved Princess Dresser – Claw Feet
We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful tiger sawn oak claw foot Victorian age carved oval bevel glass princess dresser or ladies dresser that dates from the 1890s. This came out of an estate from NYC. We got some really interesting piece from this collector as he is downsizing. This is piece that he said he refinish about 20-30 years ago. We did a couple of touch ups, but it is in nice condition in a medium oak stain finish. It has two small concave front drawers on the top and a large bow front drawer in the base for plenty of storage. The dresser has cabriole carved columns coming down into a detail claw foot, panel sides, multi-molded rolled front above the drawers, carved yolks that hold up the mirror. The overall size is 43 inches wide on the base, 22 inches deep, 29 inches high to the top of the base and the overall height to the top of the mirror is 73 inches. The size of the mirror itself is 41 inches tall and 20 inches wide. The back of the mirror actually has the shipping label where the item came from as does the base. Shipping starts at $325 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
