We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful mahogany Chippendale style carved wall mirror that dates from the 1940s. It is a great looking original mirror. It has the open carved cutout that would remind you of shield back chairs, it has an applied crown molding, applied carvings and the fancy and delicate cut out scroll saw that is found on all Chippendale mirrors on the bottom. The looking glass is a bit cloudy and has a little bit of age to it, which adds a lot of charm and character. The finish on the frame itself is a dark reddish brown mahogany and is in really nice condition. The overall size of the looking glass is 26 inches high by 19 inches wide. The mirror frame is 25 inches wide and 42 inches high. It is a great looking wall mirror that we are pleased to be offering today.
