We are pleased to be offering today this solid mahogany fully refinished bankers lawyers office chair that dates from the 1930s to 1940s in refinished condition. The chair is all solid with wrap around curved arms that join into the curved back with carved bent spindles to follow the contours of your back. The seat has been scooped out slightly and sits upon four solid heavy duty extra thick legs that retain an antique wheeling castor so you can wheel around the office. These are some of the most comfortable chairs ever made and are very sought after by true antique collectors. We have completely stripped, tightened, glued, sanded, stained, sealed, sanded, lacquered, sanded, lacquered and did a total of four coats of lacquer to produce a finish that will last for decades. This chair is for a larger person with the seat being 21 inches across, 25 inches across the arms, 19 inches deep, 33 inches high to the back of the curve back, 28 inches high to the arms and 19 inches high to the seat. The chair does swivel, tilt and go up and down on a threaded rod at least another three inches. This chair will fit anyone given the width and adjustable height. It is a beautiful chair that has been restored and refinished. It will cost $165 to have this chair shipped anywhere within our normal shipping area.
