We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful Victorian age solid black walnut carved split pedestal base dining room table that dates from the 1880s in wonderful condition. Showing the normal nicks and dings of something 140 years old, it is in outstanding condition. It comes with three leaves that are approximately 12 inches wide. The table is 48 inches round when closed, 30 inches high to the tabletop and 26 inches high to the bottom of the skirt. The table opens to 10 feet, but with the three leaves installed it opens to 7 leaves. If you desire extra leaves, please let us know and we can quote you on fabrication. We show a photo of the original chairs with the same finish that came out of the same home, but this listing is only for the table. If you are interested in the chairs, please contact us to make sure they are still available. The table is sold black walnut in a medium walnut stain finish. It has a black ebony highlight on the skirt, bevel edge and burl walnut table base. When the base splits apart, it reveals a center leg for additional support. You can see where the finish is a bit different on the leaves as they were likely in storage. We do have a full restoration shop for our customers that would like a refinished piece, so please contact us for a quote if this service interests you. Shipping starts at $375 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast. Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to obtain a quote for additional shipping outside of New England.
