SOLD Antique Victorian Oval Heavily Carved Marble Top Parlor Stand by Brooks
This wonderful antique marble top parlor table features the original Victorian finish, and is heavily carved. This antique parlor stand with an oval white and gray grained marble top is made by the Thomas Brooks company in the 1880s era. This is the model antique table features five little balls on top of the flange carved crest on each leg. Each leg retains the original castor. It also has the center cup with the circles carved into it. The width of the plate in the center is 10 inches across! It has a heavy bold base with dainty cutout molded oval walnut skirt that supports the marble top. It is in the original finish. It has the normal nicks and dings for something over 100 years old. The overall size 38 inches long, 28 inches deep, and 29 inches high. It is a fantastic table by Brooks. Shipping starts at $265 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area.
