Offered here is a beautiful Victorian carved oak china closet with bold tiger sawn oak grain, dating from the early 1900s and fresh from a Central Maine estate. This piece features a triple curved glass front and sides, carved crown molding, and four interior shelves with plate grooves along the back.
The standout detail is the set of front pillars that descend into elephant empire curved feet, creating a dramatic and sculptural base. The cabinet retains its original finish, original glass, and even its original key (though we don’t guarantee the locks).
This is a beautiful and functional antique — perfect for displaying china, glassware, books, or collectibles.
