We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful set of 6 original condition tiger sawn oak dining chairs in a most unusual pattern that consists of five side chairs and one armchair dating from the 1890's. It is a really great looking set of six that comes with a green upholstered seat. The fabric is pretty good, but the seats have sagged a bit. The sag is only due to upholstery and has nothing to do with the wood. They are a formal Chippendale style with a three finger solid tiger oak splat, tapered front legs and a solid cross stretchers that join the legs together. It is in a dark oak stain. The side chairs are 18 inches wide, 18 inches deep, 39 inches high to the chair back and 19 inches high to the seat. The armchair is 20 inches wide across the seat, 26 inches wide across the arms, 20 inches deep, 40 inches high to the crest, 26 inches high to the arms and 19 inches high to the seat. It is a great set of six. The seats are usable, but you would likely want to reupholster them. You’re getting all six chairs for one money. Shipping starts at $295 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
