We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful set of six tiger sawn oak claw foot dining chairs that date from the 1910s and were refinished by the previous owner in the last 10 years or so. The finish is in real nice condition. The seats were reupholstered at the same time, but they show use and should be reupholstered. The seats come off easily to apply new fabric on top of the seat, staple the fabric down and then screw the seats back onto the chairs. The chairs have a shapely scallop top crest rail, a big wide center splat, flared back leg, solid H cross stretcher and wonderful cabriole legs. The overall size is 19 inches wide, 17 inches deep, 39.5 inches high to the chair back and 18 inches high to the seat. It is a great looking set of six. One of the chairs had a cracked back that was fixed, but we will detail it out prior to shipping. You are getting all six chairs for one money. Shipping starts at $265 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
