SOLD Antique Oak Claw Foot Banquet Table

We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful antique tiger sawn oak split pedestal base claw foot banquet table that comes in the original old finish with four original factory leaves. Dating from the 1890s, the only thing that has been done to this table is that reproduction wooden castors have been put on the base. Other than that, it is in original as found condition. The tiger sawn oak table is 54 inches round, 30 inches high and comes with four leaves that are 12.25 inches wide each, the table is 106 inches long with the leaves installed. The table has a rolled skirt, detail carved column base, legs come down into a multi-toenail footed base and the split column opens to reveal a large center leg to support the table when fully opened. The overall condition is good. The four factory leaves are straight grain oak, which was common in the old days. The dark oak stain finish is very usable and if you like true antiques, then this table is great as it is. Shipping starts at $375 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
