We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful set of tiger sawn oak Victorian age dining chairs that consists of one arm chair and six side chairs. They came right out of a house on the coast of Massachusetts that is beautiful home that raised 13 children!! It had a big dining room set. A couple of the chairs have early repairs on the backs, but they are in good condition. The repairs have been on the fancy fretwork, but we will detail them out prior to shipping. They are all tiger sawn oak. They have sausage turned outside posts that end in a big ball finial. The arm chair has carved knuckles with multi-turn spindle holding it up. The front of the skirt is all ribbon molding with circular design in the center. They have wonderful cross stretchers and sausage turned legs. We purchased the matching dining table as well, so please check to see if it is still available. The overall size of the arm chair is 26 inches across the arms, 22 inches deep, 52 inches high to the chair back, 28 inches high to the arm and 21 inches high to the seat. The side chairs are 20 inches wide, 18 inches deep, 50 inches high to the chair back and 19 inches high to the seat. The set of seven is all for one money. Shipping starts at $325 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
