SOLD Antique Inlaid Mother of Pearl Deco Pool Table

We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful refinished turn of the century pool table sold by the acme cushion company out of Philadelphia Pennsylvania with the original brass  ID plate still intact on the headboard of the rail.  It is a gorgeous pool table and we love doing these up in the shop.  This one consists of multiple woods such as walnut, rosewood, maple, burl elm and straight grain walnut with Mother of pearl inlaid details.  This table has three pieces of slate and an automatic ball return which is unusual and is a factory option on this model.  It is in the deco style with circle Mother of Pearl markers on the rails.  We have completely stripped and refinished.  The two items that we have not completed yet as  we want the buyer to decide if they want to change the original dark brown leather pockets which are in fairly good condition.  We haven’t waxed them or touched them up, and we also have not touched the felt, we will leave the color choices up to the customer and we are showing at the bottom of the description in the last photos what it would like with a dark green felt, tan felt and a wine color felt so you can decide.  The buyer will get to decide which color felt they would like so that it will go with the décor in your particular space.  The overall dimensions are 110 inches long by 60 inches wide on the outside of the rails.  The playing field is 100 inches by 50 inches.  It has six pockets and the cushions seem lively, so we did not replace them.  However, if the buyer so desires, we can price out a new set of cushions.  The rest of the work has all been done.  We have repaired the veneer chips, hand sanded, applied multiple coats of satin sheen lacquer.  It is gorgeous with the variety of woods used.  The deco look and the shape of the legs reminds me of a Brunswick Kling model.  It has the pyramid style leg with the deco design, inlaid and mother of pearl highlights encircle in the rosewood squares.  It is beautiful and finished in a light walnut color.  It is all set to go into the home.  We can price the delivery of just the table or we can price sending a technician out to set the table out for you.  It does require quite a bit of time, but it can be an option.  Please check out our other options are we are listing about 8 different pool tables that date from the 1880s to 1900 era along with a snooker from the Victorian age!!.  Some of them are straight wood and others are heavily inlaid.  We do full cabinet work in our restoration shop and we just went back and re-felted a pool table that we sold 28 years ago and the frame and finish is still like new.  We cannot believe in how nice of shape it was still in.  We do carry accessories, so check with us.  If you are looking to outfit multiple family rooms or multiple tables, we have them and they are not as high priced as you see on the internet as we are very reasonable to deal with.  Please check our other items as I can tell you that we currently have a tiger sawn oak pool table available and listed on line as well.
