This is a demi-lune credenza/server made by the Charak Furniture Company of Boston, Mass., number 3712, and made on December 23, 1953, as stated on the label. It’s mahogany with olive ash burl half shelves on both sides, brass gallery trim backboard, and a beautiful flame mahogany inlaid door. Inside is an adjustable height shelf. The top has been re-sprayed to remove nicks and dings. The overall size is 39 inches at the widest point, 22 inches at the narrowest point, 15 inches deep, and 32.25 inches high. The shelves are 8.25 inches, 15.75, and 23 inches from the floor. The door is 18 inches wide, and 22 inches tall. This is a gorgeous cabinet made by a terrific furniture company.
