SOLD Oak Bevel Glass Wardrobe
We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful English quarter sawn oak carved paneled bevel glass mirror wardrobe that dates from the 1940s era. It came in on a load and the boys decided to touch up, but as they got going they decided the wood was so pretty that they ended up refinishing it. It has been all hand stripped, hand sanded, a dark oak stain applied and multiple coats of satin sheen lacquer have been applied. This is simply gorgeous, so do not get it confused with one that has had a haphazard finish as this has been professionally done. This wardrobe has a drawer on the base for storage. When you open the bevel glass mirror door, the inside reveals a hanging rod and hooks offering plenty of space. The overall size is 49 inches wide, 17 inches deep and approximately 75 inches high. It is a great looking cabinet. Honestly, the refinishing job alone would cost $425 if you had it done in the shop, so this price is incredibly reasonable.
