SOLD Antique Round Oak Lion Head Dining Room Table with One Leaf
This antique oak dining table maintains a really nice old finish, and measures 42 inch across the round top. The lion head and claw foot base is large for the size of this tabletop; the lion heads are huge! The antique oak table comes with one 9.5-inch table leaf, and the table is 42 inches round and 28 inches high. If you add castors to the table, it would be close to 30 inches high. When you open the table, it opens to 26 inches in the center. You could have a couple more 9-inch table leaves fabricated; if you are interested in additional leaves, please contact us for a quote. The table is 51.5 inches long when the single leaf is inserted to hold four chairs easily. If you purchased and additional two 9-inch leaves, it would easily hold six chairs. It is finished in a dark oak stain. The lion heads are 4 inches across, which are usually about 2.5 inches across. The table has big detail claw feet. It has a solid oak pedestal base. The leaf is much darker as it was stored away, so it would be used with a tablecloth. We do have a full restoration shop and can quote a price if you want the whole table done over. It is a great table in good condition. Shipping starts at $300 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges.
