Wonderful antique oak 4-drawer file cabinet dating from the early 1900s, made by the well-known Library Bureau Cabinet Company. A good honest old standard-size oak file cabinet with all the charm and practicality folks are always after.
Finished in a warm medium oak stain color with all original hardware intact. All four drawers slide well, and the cabinet still has that sturdy, dependable feel these old commercial pieces are known for. The paneled sides and back allow it to display nicely from any angle, whether used in an office, library, studio, or loft setting.

Condition:
Overall condition is good and all original, showing the expected nicks, dings, and honest wear from years of use. The bottom drawer has a noticeable rub mark on the drawer face, and there are additional minor rub marks on one side, as shown in the photos. A non-original lock was installed above the top drawer and there is no key present. There is also a small chip above the top drawer. Despite these imperfections, the cabinet presents very nicely and remains sturdy, functional, and full of antique character!
