SOLD Antique Accent Stand, Antique Victorian Carved Oval Marble Top Parlor Table

We are pleased to be offering this unique marble top table.  Dating from the 1880s, this particular table is very heavy quality. Everything on this is super high end and even though it looks similar to a more common one, there are many attributes that make this an over-the-top piece to brag about. Remaining in its original condition, if this table had a little bit better carved skirt, I would guess it was made by Brooks.  The overall condition real nice; featuring a white and gray grained oval bevel edge top that rests upon an unusual oval skirt with a raised trim burl walnut molding in the center.  It sits upon four heavy duty thick stylish carved legs that are joined together with one of the best carved center columns I have seen in a long time.  The column has a top and bottom finial.  It is as nice as they get.  I have never seen one of this quality and we just listed over 20 marble top tables!  The actual trim molding on the oval skirt is burl walnut.  It shocks me how nice this table it.  In case you haven’t notice, I am very impressed by this table.  The overall size is 36 inches wide, 27 inches deep and 29 inches high.  It does not have castors, but if you installed castors, it would gain an inch to an inch and half of height.  There isn’t anything wrong with it except that the pictures will not do it justice.  Shipping starts at $195 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area.
