This antique Victorian oak four-drawer file cabinet dates to the 1910s. It retains its original retailer tag from Goldsmith Brothers Office Outfitters, 77 Nassau Street, New York, adding wonderful historical provenance and early office character.

This tall sectional oak filing cabinet features a multi-drawer configuration with original brass label frame holders, and period metal hardware that was replaced somewhere along the line. The case features beautiful quarter sawn oak grain throughout, and rests on short, tapered feet. Each drawer is designed with drop-front access panels, a hallmark of early 20th-century commercial filing systems.
