This is a unique and charming early 1900s round oak dining table with a special storybook-style carved panel joining the four legs of its mission-style base—a true conversation piece!
The solid tiger sawn oak top measures 58” round and comes with one 16" leaf, extending the table to 74”. There’s additional room for up to 50” more of custom leaves if desired.
LEAVES:
We can fabricate additional leaves for this table to suit your space—just let us know how long you’d like it to extend and we’ll provide a quote for the custom work. Our shop regularly fabricates new leaves for antique tables like this to help them fit modern dining rooms.
This piece came out of the same home as our extremely rare Set of 8 Story Book Oak Chairs (#22482). The chairs feature matching storybook panels—if you're interested in purchasing both, contact us to check availability!
Condition:
This table is in overall good condition, with typical minor nicks and dings consistent with its age. The previous owner refinished the table in a warm dark oak tone, and it presents beautifully in person.
A stunning centerpiece, especially when paired with the matching chairs, and a standout for any collector or homeowner who wants something different and full of character.
