SOLD Vintage Mahogany Empire Sleigh Bed

We are pleased to be offering today this gorgeous empire style flame mahogany ribbon molded bed that dates from the 1940’s to 1960’s or maybe even newer. When I first bought this I thought it was a period bed and I was hoping to get much more than I am asking, but the age greatly diminishes the price.  The bed has the typical flame mahogany panel on the footboard, a reverse curved sleigh, fancy carved side rails that are much better than normal with thick carving and the bed is in the reddish brown mahogany stain that brings out the grains of the mahogany used.  This is an unusual size bed.  It is a beautiful bed that is lovely to look at.  What a statement this would make in a guest room or your own bedroom.  Shipping starts at $299 for a driveway delivery in our normal area.  Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm that you are within our normal area.
