SOLD Victorian Eastlake Marble Top Commode / Wash Stand

We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful original finish Eastlake Victorian solid black walnut white and gray grained marble top wash stand/commode that dates from the 1880s in original condition right out of a central Maine home.  It has the original hardware, wooden knob, wooden castors, incise carving down the posts, panel doors with incise carving and a beautiful extra tall backsplash that is 9.5 inches high.  The overall size is 33 inches wide, 20 inches deep, 28 inches high to the flat surface and 38 inches high to the very top.  The  marble is white and gray grained with a slight bevel edge to it.  The inside of one of the side shelves is a chip in the marble that we will touch up prior to shipping.  The finish is a dark walnut finish.  It is a nice piece of Victorian in original condition.  All we have done is oil it.  Shipping starts at $185 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.  Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to confirm what it would cost you if outside of New England for shipping.
