We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful set of four dainty and delicate cabriole leg carved rosewood parlor or dining chairs that date from the 1880’s. They are in beautiful original condition on the wooden frames. These dainty chairs are normally all broken apart, but these are in good shape. We will tighten them up prior to shipping. The only thing you may want to do is have them reupholstered as there are some stains on the fabric. They may be able to be steamed cleaned out, but I would plan on reupholstering them. The frames are all solid rosewood with a hand carved center splat and dainty carving on the perimeter of the back. They have dainty cabriole legs that end in a snake foot. The overall size of the chairs is 18 inches across the seat, 17 inches deep, 33.5 inches high to the back and approximately 18.5 inches high to the seat. Other than the upholstery needing to be cleaned or replaced, they are in great condition. Shipping is $265 if you are in our normal shipping area. Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm the shipping price for your particular locale.
