We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful tiger sawn square oak table that dates from the turn of the century, 1890s to 1900s, in refinished condition. We have taken this table that had two factory leaves and skirted them with multi-molded skirt so that you cannot tell that they didnt come from the factory like that and the table doesnt have that ugly gap. We have pulled the whole top apart and re-glued everything and sanded forever to get all the little nicks and dings out to make the table top smooth and exposes the gorgeous grains used. We have also glued up the wonderful claw foot double pedestal base. It has turned into one gorgeous table. It is 45 inches square, 25 inches high to the bottom of the skirt and 29.5 inches tall to the top. When you insert the two skirted leaves the table becomes 70 inches long. It has been refinished in a dark oak stain with multiple coats of satin sheen lacquer hand rubbed. It is all set to go in to the home in beautiful condition. The table opens up an additional 27 inches, so we can put almost three 9 inch skirted leaves in if the buyer so desires for an additional $150 per leaf. The table would be 8 feet long with all three additional leaves if desired. It is a gorgeous table that comes with the original center leg and a beautiful semi gloss finish lacquer finish.
