We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful mahogany Duncan Phyfe style corner curved glass door china cabinet that dates from the 1950s. It is a great little piece that came out of an estate in New Hampshire. It has the Hepplewhite hardware on the curved picture frame molded drawer that is located between the two curved glass doors on top and the two curved doors on the base. It has dentil molding on top. This is very similar to a Drexel cabinet, but I could not find any markings on it. It is in the reddish brown mahogany stain. It has picture frame molding on the flame mahogany doors on the base. The flame mahogany curved drawer is picture frame molding. The two curved glass doors on top open to reveal dual shelves with plate grooves in the back to display dishes. The bottom compartment opens to reveal a single shelf. It has a curved multi-molded bracket base. These are very popular and we are always looking for these. The overall size is 38 inches across, 22 inches deep and an overall height of 70 inches. From the corner out it takes wall space of approximately 20 inches. The cabinet has a few normal nicks and dings. The base cabinet interior shelf appears to have been replaced as it is slightly different in color. Shipping starts at $345 if you are in our normal area. Please check prior to purchase so there is no surprise on shipping costs as this is an estimate and it can vary depending on the delivery location.
